Dr. Naiviv Hernandez Rivero is a doctorate-prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over five years of specialized experience in Endocrinology. She brings extensive expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary insufficiency, hyperprolactinemia, and hyperparathyroidism.
Her clinical career began as a Registered Nurse at Memorial Hospital West, where she gained strong foundational experience in patient care. She then transitioned into primary care as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Hernandez Rivero earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University, following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the same institution.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to fostering clear communication with patients and guiding them through lifestyle modifications, weight management, and long-term treatment plans to improve health outcomes.
